Store Policy
ALL PURCHASES ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE STORE POLICY BELOW:
We are authorized to sell live plant pests within the United States under our PPQ 526 Permit #526-23-298-20741. With the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and surrounding US Territories.
All supplies and dry goods ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Returns are accepted at buyers expense within 7 days of purchase, in order to receive a refund the product must be returned in the condition it arrived. Once returned, we will evaluate the condition and issue a refund.
We ship live animals on Monday and Tuesdays (Fedex), or Saturday (USPS), this ensures the animal arrives to you on time and healthy.
All shipped animals come with an overcount to ensure you receive the amount purchased in the unlikely event of loss during shipping.
Our Live Arrival Guarantee Policy (LAG):
We have two shipping options:
USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping (No LAG). All orders ship on Saturday only. All orders must be placed and paid for before Friday at 5pm the same week in order to ship that Saturday. Orders after that time frame will ship on the following Saturday. If you would prefer a similarly priced weekday alternative, inquire about UPS shipping.
FedEx (LAG with 2 day and Overnight options with "Hold for Pickup" only). LAG qualifies as long as its picked up from the shipping hub the same day it arrives and any issues with your order must also be reported same day. Shipping to your home address is not covered by our LAG policy, no exceptions. When selecting FedEx as your shipping option at checkout, please type in the special instructions portion of your cart, or send a message with what FedEx hub you'd like the animal held at for pickup. If none is provided, it will ship to the FedEx hub closest to your address.
All shipments come with a hot or cold pack when required at no additional cost to the buyer.
We hold the right to delay shipping in the event of extreme weather (below 40 or above 85 degrees) in order to ensure the safety of the animals. Weather must be between 45-90 degrees to benefit from LAG.
Photo/video evidence of DoA's are required to benefit from our LAG policy. Please make them clear for us to see. All overcount and additional animals provided past the amount purchased do not qualify for LAG, if you order 10 isopods and we ship 15, but 2 show up DoA, those 2 DoA do not count towards LAG as you have received the amount purchased.
All sales are final. We are not responsible for the post offices delays or treatment for the package, but we will always try and do what we can to make sure you are happy and have a positive experience with us!
