ALL PURCHASES ACKNOWLEDGE THEY HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE STORE POLICY BELOW:
We are authorized to sell live plant pests within the United States under our PPQ 526 Permit #526-23-298-20741. With the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and surrounding US Territories.
All supplies and dry goods ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Returns are accepted at buyers expense within 7 days of purchase, in order to receive a refund the product must be returned in the condition it arrived. Once returned, we will evaluate the condition and issue a refund.
WE HAVE 3 DIFFERENT LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE POLICIES DEPENDING ON THE ANIMAL YOU ARE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RELEVANT POLICY BELOW.
We ship live animals via FedEx between Monday and Tuesday, this ensures the animal arrives to you on time and healthy.
All shipped isopods, springtails, and live feeders come with an overcount to ensure you receive the amount purchased in the unlikely event of loss during shipping.
Plants
- Live Arrival Guarantee is ONLY if issues are reported the same day the plant arrives.
- Destination temps must be above 50 degrees to qualify for LAG.
- Plants ship separately from other orders.

Shipping Options:
FedEx 2‑Day and FedEx Overnight shipping are available.
- Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) applies only under the following conditions:
- FedEx 2‑Day: LAG applies only when the shipment is held at a FedEx hub for pickup.
- FedEx Overnight: LAG applies when issues are reported within 2 hours of delivery to your door.
- Hold for Pickup orders receive extended LAG, as long as issues are reported the same day the package arrives.
- All Hold for Pickup orders must be picked up the same day they arrive.
- Any issues must be supported with photo/video evidence on the day of arrival.
- Home‑delivery shipments are ONLY covered under LAG when using FedEx Overnight.
- When selecting Hold for Pickup at checkout:
- Please provide the FedEx hub location you prefer.
- If no hub is specified, we will ship to the closest eligible FedEx hub based on your address.
Weather & Temperature Conditions
- LAG is valid only when temperatures at the destination are between 40°F and 90°F.
- If temperatures are below 40°F or above 90°F, shipping may be delayed for animal safety.
- Heat or cold packs are included at no extra cost when necessary.
Live Arrival Guarantee Requirements
- Clear photo/video evidence of DOA (Dead on Arrival) animals must be provided the same day of delivery for Hold for Pickup option, or within 2 hours of delivery for FedEx Overnight.
- LAG covers only the number of animals purchased. Any extras or overcounts included in your shipment are not covered.
- Example: If you purchase 10 isopods and receive 15, but 2 arrive DOA, LAG does not apply since you still received the full purchased amount.
Right to Delay Shipping
- We reserve the right to delay shipments during extreme weather conditions to protect the health and safety of the animals.

- Live feeders (Mealworms, Roaches, Superworms) ship via USPS Priority directly to your door. Feeders are shipped separately from other live animal orders.

Aquatic's (Shrimp, Snails, & Crayfish) Live Arrival Guarantee Policy (LAG):
All aquatic livestock ships separately from other live products and is fulfilled directly from our partner facility. Orders are sent UPS Overnight to your door to ensure the fastest and safest transit.
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:
- Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery to your door.
- Clear photo or video evidence is required for all claims.
- Someone must be present to receive the package at the time of delivery.
If these conditions are met and there is a problem with your order, we will work with you promptly to make it right.
All sales are final. We are not responsible for the post offices delays or treatment for the package, but we will always try and do what we can to make sure you are happy and have a positive experience with us!
