Marantas are commonly called Prayer Plants because their leaves roll up at night. If you want a houseplant that you can watch move this is the one for you! Maranta leaves not only roll up, they also move around during the day to follow the sun, and will lift their leaves after a good water!

Recommendations for growing success:
Light: Indirect light, marantas will tolerate some shade
Water: Keep soil moist
Repotting: Repot every two years in the spring
