Corydoras sterbai

Corydoras sterbai, commonly known as Sterba's Corydoras, is a popular freshwater catfish appreciated for its peaceful temperament and striking appearance. These small, armored catfish are characterized by their silver-brown bodies adorned with white spots and stripes. They are native to South America, specifically the Guapore and upper Madeira rivers in Brazil and Bolivia. Sterba's Corys are relatively easy to care for and are a great addition to community and planted aquariums.
