Red Eye Tetras, scientifically known as Moenkhausia sanctaefilomenae, are a popular freshwater aquarium fish known for their striking appearance and peaceful temperament. They feature bright red eyes, a silver body, and a bold black vertical bar at the base of their tail. These tetras are relatively easy to care for, making them a good choice for beginners, and they thrive in community tanks with other peaceful species.  

Aquatics ship separately from other orders through our partner facility via UPS overnight, issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery to qualify for Live Arrival Guarantee. Temperatures must be between 40-90F to qualify.
